Role: Seeking a Range Director for overall authority for range operation and compliance. 

Work Location: Hybrid

Responsibilities: 

• Owns day-to-day range operations
• Primary interface with Customer program leadership
• Ensures compliance with COA, FAA, military, and local authorities
• Approves test schedules and resolves conflicts
• Owns site safety, access control, and emergency response readiness

Credentials / Experience: 

• 10+ years in flight test, aviation operations, or range operations
• Experience operating under FAA COAs or restricted airspace
• Familiarity with autonomous UAV operations
• Authority to stop operations (stop-work authority)

Role: Independent safety authority

Work Location: Onsite

Responsibilities:

• Enforces range safety rules and COA compliance
• Safety mishap reporting
• Reviews customer’s ground and flight test plans, hazard analyses, and risk mitigations
• Direct communications with the New Mexico University State University UAS Flight Test Site COA management team
• Monitors live operations with authority to terminate tests
• Coordinates emergency response

Credentials / Experience:

• Formal RSO training (DoD / RCC / FAA / equivalent)
• Experience with UAV flight test 
• Familiarity with autonomous flight termination systems
• Strong understanding of desert fire risk and mitigation

Role: Airspace authority and FAA interface

Work Location: Remote, initially part time 

Responsibilities:

• Manages COA applications, amendments, and renewals
• Coordinates with FAA, military, and adjacent airspace owners
• Ensures airspace activation, NOTAMs, and deconfliction
• Monitors compliance with altitude, range, and BVLOS constraints

Credentials / Experience:

• Direct experience managing FAA COAs
• Familiarity with BVLOS, autonomous UAS operations
• Understanding of ATC coordination and airspace classes
• Strong documentation and regulatory skills 

Role: CDL driver of 26' box truck 

Work Location: Part time

Responsibilities:

• Safely drive a 26’ box truck between our airfield and client site
• Ensure secure transport of ITAR-controlled materials at all times 
• Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections 
• Maintain accurate logs and delivery documentation 
• Adhere to all DOT, federal, and company safety regulations 

Credentials: 

• Valid CDL 
• Clean driving record 
• U.S. Citizen or U.S. National 
• Ability to pass background check 
• Military / Veteran background strongly preferred 

Work Location: Onsite

Responsibilities:

• Maintains runway, launch pads, roads, and buildings
• Manages vehicles, fuel, power, and utilities
• Supports setup and teardown for test operations
• Handles storage, access control, and basic site security

Credentials / Experience:

• Facilities, logistics, or field operations background
• Experience supporting test or industrial sites
• Mechanical aptitude and safety training
